After JoJo's first day in his new home, new parent Jenifer wrote to WOOF saying, "Jojo is adapting beautifully already, he's such a smart boy!! Thank you again, he and I are going to do great together. "
Ellie is thriving with her new family.
One year after adoption, WOOF received the following update: Ellie has really blossomed in the last year, she loves routine and rules and especially when she understands words, making it easy and fun to train her. She is unbelievably smart, it's crazy. One funny quirk is how much she loves pillows and blankets. She cannot sleep flat, she has to sleep with her head on a pillow like a person, and loves to be tucked in with a blanket. We are so grateful to you all and Megan and Thomas for rescuing her, we talk all the time about how we couldn't have ended up with any other dog than her.
Toby is Adopted
QUINN Enjoying an Autumn Stroll
From his new Family:
Quinn is doing great. He has settled into our routine or should I say we have settled into his.
He is gained some weight and he is sporting his winter coat. He spends his days with Mike in his home office and is never lonely. He loves his walks and thinks he is a German Shepard to the other dogs in the neighborhood. He is very protective of his new family.
Needless to say we are loving him and I think the sentiment is mutual.
Butch - Now KIRBY - Settles into his New Home
Kirby is doing very well. He is still cautious with strangers and nervous in new situations, but I am certain he will eventually let go of all those fears as he grows more and more comfortable in his new environment.
Our wonderful boy is very affectionate and follows us around everywhere. He has already become an integral part of the family. Lucky him and lucky us!
Shadow & Sheba Adopted TOGETHER!
Shadow and Sheba found their new family! They were adopted by a wonderful couple and their five year old son who live in Brooklyn. Happy life for our precious bottle babies rescued from euthanasia by our wonderful foster, Rhoda.
Just a girl and her pup. Hero (was Moses), adventuring with his new family.
Wyatt and his New Brother!
Blossom at Home on the Porch
Daisy Enjoying the Love from her New Family
One week update: we're even more in love! ;) she really is the perfect dog, I'm not sure how that is possible. She is quickly becoming a spoiled member of our pack. She has become very attached to Stephen, in particular, and is such a sweet soul with Avery. Avery talks to her constantly and won't go to sleep without kissing her goodnight.
Biscuit Update!
Awww- Biscuit is doing great! We are all in love! He loves the backyard and prospect park. Took him to the Washington square dog park the other day and thrived. I'm attaching some pictures to this email. Thanks for helping us get him - he is an awesome, fun, lovable dog!
